Privacy Policy
VITTO. (“we” or “our”) provides informative and useful websites on and through the Application and Website. As a part of the operation of the Application we gather certain information about our users and visitors. This Privacy Policy applies to the Application and governs data collection and usage at the Application. Prior to using the Application, you are required to read and acknowledge this Privacy Policy and by your use and/or assent, you covenant, represent and warrant that you have read, consent to and shall comply with the terms and conditions with this Privacy Policy.

Information Collected by this Application

Two types of data are collected: personal data, such as names and e-mail addresses, and non-personal aggregate data such as traffic volume and usage patterns.

Personal Data

Personal data is gathered when users provide personal data to the Application, for example, when requesting registration to the Application, registering for contests or promotional opportunities, answering surveys, or registering for email or other services.

Names and other personal information may be released to affiliated (by contract, equity or otherwise) persons and/or entities of VITTO. You consent to the release of your personal information to the affiliated persons and/or entities of VITTO.

Names and other personal information may also be released to any non-affiliated persons and/or entities directly associated with your instructions, requests, or registration on the Application. By using these services, you consent to the release of your personal information to the respective non-affiliated entity.

Please keep in mind that if you directly disclose personal information or personally sensitive data through on this Application, this information may be collected and used by others.

VITTO encourages all users to review the privacy statements of websites you choose to link from VITTO so that you understand how those websites collect, use and share information about you and/or your computer. VITTO, its owners, partners, agents, employees, assigns and beneficiaries, are not responsible for the data collection, data usage, privacy statements or content on other websites.

Other than identified in this Privacy Policy, VITTO generally do not disclose user information to third parties. However, we will disclose personal data, without notice, if required to do so by law or in the good faith belief that such action is necessary to: (a) conform to the edicts of the law or comply with legal process served on VITTO; (b) protect and defend rights or property; and, (c) act under exigent circumstances to protect the personal safety of the Application users,
our employees, or the public.

Aggregate Data

Aggregate data includes information about user traffic on the Application, such as which pages are being visited, the order in the pages are being visited, which hyperlinks are being ‘clicked’, and how many users are visiting the Application. The Application may also log IP addresses of its users. While logging IP addresses does not collect personal information, it may provide information on the geographical location from which users access the Application. This aggregate data is not used to identify individual users. Instead, it is used to identify website users, including demographic information, preferences in content and advertising, maintain quality of service, and web traffic patterns.

This Application may place small files, called ‘cookies’ onto your computer. Cookies are data files that websites write onto computer hard drive for record keeping purposes when you visit them. The cookie file then identifies you as a unique user. As a convenience feature, cookies simplify the process of recording personal information, so that, for example, users do not have to enter names, addresses or passwords repetitively.

You can program your browser not to accept cookies, but if you do, you may be unable to access some parts of the Application, and the Application will not be able to customize features according to your preferences.

While on the Application you may receive cookies from third party advertisers or promotional partners. These cookies are outside the control of VITTO, are not subject to the Privacy Policy, and we are not responsible for such third-party cookies.

Changes to this Statement

VITTO will occasionally update this Privacy Policy to reflect company and user feedback, or changes in applicable law. You are encouraged to periodically review this Privacy Policy to be informed of how VITTO utilizes or discloses user information. Your continued use of the Application constitutes your consent to all such changes.

Please note that chat rooms, forums, message boards, and/or new groups may be available on this Application. Any information disclosed in these areas may become public information and users must exercise caution and discretion when deciding to disclose personal information.

This Privacy Policy, the Application, and any claim related to them are governed by Nevada law as discussed in the Terms and Conditions.
